The ELMS is a detached grade II listed building that is a home away from home for university students. It was one of our larger projects to date, and we think that it makes for a wonderful student living experience.
With an on-site bike store and full IT connectivity for the 20 en-suite rooms, we think that the original 19th century construction offers every amenity that a 21st century student could ask for. The original structure had 14 rooms, and we added another 6 to take full advantage of the property’s potential.
